Lowlands club is a friendly, vibrant and forward thinking club.
SG Tennis is run by Simon Gibaut (Head Coach), and is assisted by Alex Wright. We have a thriving adult and junior programme, as well as regular match opportunities, events and socials. For any coaching enquiries, please contact Simon.

Holiday Camps
All ages and abilities welcome from 5 – 15 years old. These sessions are fun packed days of tennis and other activities. Our camps book up fast so please book early to avoid disappointment
After School Term Time Courses
Junior and Mini Tennis courses are available for ages 4-18. After school courses run during term times. Sessions run on different days for different age groups. Please click the link to book on to a class.
Tots Sessions
We run sessions especially for tots, ages 3-4. The courses run term time along side our junior programme. Each session is 30 minutes and designed to improve general co-ordination, movement, balance. It’s a great instruction to sport.
Adult Coaching (16+) Members and Non Members
These sessions run all year round every day Monday – Saturday. Abilities range from absolute beginners to advanced players, booking is not required. For individual lessons please contact Simon directly.
Join us every Saturday 09:00 – 10:00 (£7.50 Payable on the day) for our Cardio Tennis Session! Cardio Tennis is an action packed 60 minute session designed to keep your heart rate up and burn calories while doing tennis drills to music. Women can burn between 300-500 calories in 1 session, while men can burn around 500-800.
