Whether you are looking to start playing tennis, or have been playing for years and would like to improve on technique/tactics/power/consistency etc, this session is for you.
Daytime sessions on Mondays run for 1.5 hours and include a complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits afterwards.
All ages (16+) are welcome, and no booking is necessary.

What is Cardio Tennis?
Its an action packed 60 minute session designed to keep your heart rate up and burn calories while doing tennis drills to music. Women can burn between 300-500 calories in 1 session, while men can burn around 500-800.
Do I need to be able to play Tennis?
No! Cardio Tennis is all about getting fit and keeping moving. It doesn’t matter if the ball doesn’t go in the court or even if you hit it at all!
Do I need to be Fit?
No! But hopefully you will be after a few sessions!
To really improve your game, individual lessons are available. Simon, Ian and Charlie takes pride in helping both juniors and adults reach their full potential.
Individual lessons are very beneficial for those looking to improve technique, match strategy and/or fitness.
For younger Juniors, the coaches are able to offer 30 minute lessons. Hourly rates will be halved.
Whether you are 5 or 85, individual lessons will improve your game!
